Wheat Beer
This will be the 1st all grain batch I have done in about 1.5 years.
Ingredients:
5 lbs Wheat
5 lbs Pale
1 oz Hallertau (Boil)
1 oz Saaz (10 min)
0.5 oz Corriander Seed
White Labs WLP 380
Since we have 10 lbs, will use 2.5 gallons of water at 170 F (Strike) to make a mash with my target temp of about 150F.
Will Hold this for 1 hour.
Will sparge with 5 gallons of water at about 170 F
See the notes under comments for what actually happens...
I guess we will reset the counter and call this batch#1
